Our Inspiration
The David Phillips Foundation honors and preserves the memory of David Phillips, devoted husband to Allison, proud father to Laney, Sally, Ellie, Lucy, and Liam, Ironman & “IronDaddy,” ultra-marathoner, youth sports coach, philanthropist, community leader, and neighbor and friend to all.
Mission & Vision
The David Phillips Foundation supports and uplifts children and their families through recreation programs that allow them to heal, grow, and play.
The David Phillips Foundation improves the lives of children and their families, strengthens neighborhood ties, and builds community, through recreation, sports, and opportunities to “play.” Further, we work to support and uplift children and families who have lost a parent, by providing resources, and making connections with additional support providers in their communities.
DPF strives to be a leading organization where race, gender, sexual preference, and differences are celebrated and respect. We hope participants enjoy resources and relationships equitably when they are involved in DPF.
Board of Directors
DPF is run by a group of volunteers who are dedicated to providing opportunities for "PLAY" for all, and a path forward for families who have lost a parent.
